"Centaurs are beings, not technically. They're alive, right? They have a will of their own?" Jake asked. "I don't think I can really say much on this topic, I don't know of many magical creatures or places, to be perfectly honest," Jake shrugged. "But, like breeding, and leaving the habitats and environemts," Jake agreed, nodding.

"Ecology, it's the study of the environment dear."
She listened to Cam as he spoke about the environment. Sure, doing those things would help, but the point of it was to help the wizarding creatures that were going extinct.
"All of those things would help. But, we need to focus on the magical aspect of it," she started. "Yes, the centaurs work perfectly. They are living, but because they're not fully human, are part creature, and are magical. And when we cross their paths, it's not good. It's upsetting the balance of nature really. So what we need to plan on doing is figuring out how to set up ways of making sure that there are environments for all of these creatures to live in. Without being disturbed."
That was a mouthful.
Cam eyed Jake and nodded when mentioning that centaur was indeed a being since they had the intelligence and knew about the laws and such.
But they're still magical creatures since of their... horse ends, right? Honestly he didn't know and he was too lazy to get that Fantastic Beats book out of his bag which was probably only a few feet away.
Now from Jake to Karma, he kept nodding his head every time she said something. She had a reaaaally good point. But just before he could speak, the professor had gotten all of their attention.
Okaaaay.
