If little kids have it instilled in them from the time they're really little, they'll be less likely to hurt any animals. The Ministry could like print up pamphlets for parents and picture books for children to help them learn about it. That way, even before they got to Care of Magical Creatures class, they'd know the proper way to act around the creatures, which would be a plus for everyone, especially the teacher." Zeke said.
