Sarah ran into the Duelling Arena,skidding to a halt just inside the doors..out of breath.
"I'm so sorry I'm late Mariel! I got lost can you believe..well you probably can..."
She reached into her robe pocket and pulled out her wand.She had never duelled anyone before and wasn't sure she would do very well,especially against her friend who grew up around magic and knew more than her.
"You'll go easy on me won't you?" she asked with a wink,hoping Mariel would say yes.
Mariel looked up as Sarah ran into the Dueling Arena and had to stifle a laugh.
"What are you talking about?" she asked, eyeing her curiously.
"I just got here."
Rising from her place on the floor, she said,
"Of course I will. I'll even let you go first if you want..." Winking, she added,
"Don't forget the niceties." Facing Sarah, she bowed slightly to her, turned and walked several paces, then turned around again to face her with her wand at the ready.
