Sloanne found herself laughing as well as nodding. "I completely know how you feel! I have this tiny elf owl. She's about this big." She spaced out her hands to be about six inches apart. Kaytee giggled, imagining a little ball of feathers bouncing around the room.
"I think you're talking about Red Bulls," she explained, smiling.
"I've had my fair share of them."
Try as she might, she couldn't get the image of the boy out of her head. He was so familiar. She decided to follow her instincts.
She stood up and flung the strap of her bag over her shoulder.
"You know what? I'm feeling a little energetic myself. I think I'm going to take a walk down by the lake." She chuckled.
"I may even run into that guy we saw along the way. I wouldn't mind talking to him," she said mischievously.
"It's been lovely talking to you. I'll see you around some time!" she said happily, then she skipped out of the Great Hall.
