She was quite happy to have a friend near her especially as she recalled Transfiguration to often be one of those partner-y classes Hogwarts seemed to be famous for, at least the one term she had attended before now. And she always had fun in class when Nancy was her partner. Grinning back at Mariel Nancy followed the direction the young Ravenclaw had just waved at and noticed Nathaniel sitting at a desk on, of course, the right side of the classroom. Which reminded her, she still had to figure out a way to make Chistery behave as much as Nathaniel's cat did. This was definitely going to be tough, very touch. The 13-year-old gave the Gryffindor a small smile before turning back to face the front again, picking up her wand to twirl it around between her fingers. It was still rather annoying that they were seperated, so with a small frown on her face Nancy turned to Mariel and had already opened her mouth to whisper something into her friend's ear before she thought better of it and closed it again. She didn't want to lose any points for Slytherin after all due to chatting in class. Although, it was going to be quite hard for her to keep her mouth shut during classes she really wanted her house to be in the lead again. Which meant, only talk when you're answering a professor's question. Sigh. |
