Lislchen Pulling out her wand and her textbook Nancy waited for the lesson to start while she continued to glance around the room. Maybe she'd missed someone? And she actually had. Her blue eyes fell on Mariel causing a smile to flash across her face. Quickly getting up again from her seat she walked over to the Ravenclaw girl and plopped down in the seat next to her. "Hi Mariel." She muttered with a grin before placing her things on the desk.
Anxious for class to begin, Mariel glanced up distractedly from her book to see some movement out of the corner of her eye. Waving back cheerfully to Nathaniel, the young Ravenclaw also saw Nancy heading her way.
"Hi Nancy," she said, grinning as the Slytherin girl sat down next to her. She was quite happy to have a friend near her especially as she recalled Transfiguration to often be one of those partner-y classes Hogwarts seemed to be famous for, at least the one term she had attended before now. And she always had fun in class when Nancy was her partner.
