She noticed Jake was near as well and gave him a tentative smile. "Hi!" she greeted all of them, sliding her bag down on the table. She began taking her stuff out. Parchment, quill, ink, all that good stuff. Then Melanie carefully pulled her wand out of her robe pocket and set it on her desk. It slowly rolled off. "Stupid wand." she grumbled as she picked it up and settled for a spot behind her ear. |
