Via found a chance to talk to her cousin and so she gave her the yellow diary intended for her. They were both so happy. Waving goodbye to her cousin, Via went back to the tower and sat on her bed. She opened the diary and grabbed her quill on top of her bedside table. She started her first entry.

Dear Diary,

Life is just full of surprises. Yes.

It had just been weeks when I met a cousin of mine. We were just so alike. Though, in some ways, we’re still two different people who grew up in the same world yet in different situations.

I grew up in the muggle world knowing I am a muggle. But unfortunately as I was on my first year at Hogwarts during the lesson on boggarts on our Defense against the dark Arts class, a mysterious figure came out of it. And as I turned it down using the correct spell, it became another one. That was my greatest fear then, I didn’t understand those hooded figures not until my Muggle Dad told me the truth in a letter.

"We are not your biological parents."

I can still remember that. It was hard for me to accept that but I’m glad I have learned how to deal with it. They’re still my family and I love them. I am still their one and only daughter. Nothing had changed since that day they had told me everything. I was pretty grateful they had cared for me… and that they still do.

And then last summer before the term started for my third year at Hogwarts, I met Spence… Well, Spence is my cousin on my mother side. Her real name's Spencer. I also got to meet our Aunt Zanna. She looked young, and she doesn’t like to be called Aunt so we just call her by her name. She’s the sister of my real mum.

And apart from meeting them, I just found out I had a sister and that I’ve been lost for a very long time.

I have some other things to attend to so i'll write something about her some other time.
