"Oh you never know" Kayla said giving the girl a smile. "I've seen lots of first years making the quidditch team. I'm sure you'll do very well but even if you don't make the team, there's alway next year." She took a sip of her drink and nodded her head. "I don't know why that is either" Kayla smirked, well actually she did but she didn't want to say it out loud.

She said, noticing how angry Kayla was getting, well she had a reason to be upset with the whole point total for Hufflepuff and the fact that people were getting detention.
"Like I said, you could try but I am rather fast and I do believe you know that already" Kayla smirked at Amanda and gave her a wink.
She sighed deeply and nodded in agreement. "I know, I used to be the same but I didn't go out of my way to cause trouble...it just seemed to find me at inappropriate times" Kayla burst out laughing. "Usually when there was a professor around. I remember my first detention" she said her eyes twinkling. "Camira was picking on a friend of mine and I stepped in and threatened her with my wand. It's ironic that we're now good friends and the guy I was sticking up for...well let's just we're not anymore."
