Rachel walked into the waiting room and blinked as she saw the sheer amount of people there. So much for making this quick and simple... Wincing as she stepped too hard on the ground and the now splitting headache throbbed painfully. Why are the lights suddenly so bright? she wondered as she swayed slightly on the spot, shielding her eyes from the unknown sudden bright light. "Excuse me," she asked the nurse, her eyes watering by now, "Could you possibly give me something against headaches, please?" she asked politely in a quiet voice (so as not to trigger off another throb of the pain), not wanting to make a fuss yet already sighing inwardly as the tears ran down her cheeks. She pressed the palms of her hands into her eyes to stop them tearing up from the light when she winced even more as it made the pain in her head intensify considerably. It was then that she realised that the lighting hadn't changed in the slightest and groaned loudly. Great, just fantastic! This is bad, now she'll examine me too!
