Like some kind of sixth sense, Cam could feel a pare of eyes on her. She turned slightly to see two girls staring at her. One of the girls looked similar enough that they could have been related. Freaky, She thought, and wrinkled her nose. Cam pulled her hair out of it's messy bun, and combed the locks down, creating a veil between her and the girl. Maybe that would save her from their stares.

"Well yay! I've been wanting an excuse to get back on my broom!" She grinned and laughed. She was pretty excited to get outside with Amanda in the morning. It would be fun. And she was psyched for tryouts. Sure, it would be fun to be Beater, but Cam would settle for Keeper, or even Chaser again. She just wanted on the team.

Cam looked down at her potatoes, then began to eat them when a girl came over and started talking to Amanda about some boy named Zeke. Whoever that was. She shrugged her shoulders, and worked on filling her empty stomach.
