William tiredly climbed the stairs to the dorm room, his eyes drooping slightly as a monstrous yawn echoed through the room. Shrugging and not really caring who heard him he entered the room, his eyes focusing on the cat carrier and tarantula cage sitting on his bed. Grinning he walked over and opened the cage. "There you go Excelsior, have fun. Don't get into any trouble." not without me he added silently as he placed the cage under his bed and hopped up, his feet dangling over the edge.
Next he poked his nose into the small hole of the spider cage and watched his tarantula happily eat a bug. "Cool." he murmured, watching as Zippy walked around the cage once before stopping cold. Knowing all was as well as it could get, without ghosts and other see-through things scaring him he laid on the bed and closed his eyes, feeling the days events fall over him like a small thick comfy blanket. The last thing he thought as he began to fall into REM sleep was what his cousin was up to all those miles away.
