Yes, he was still an eleven-year-old. Who was obviously in need on his bed right now. For a moment she started to think just how great it would be to excuse oneself from the feast and head to the Common Room. But that wasn't going to happen, not in any start-of-term feast.
She burst into laughter. The memory of her brother into her mind. They were so alike. Yet again, they were still kids. "Yeah, just rest your eyes for a while, Jake" she said, it was probably time to leave the kid rest for a while, was it?
"So...you should rest as much as you can, tomorrow will be busy" she said, but she was looking forward for the end of the feast just so she could head to the Common Room, not for the start of classes.
Deep breaths started coming from Jake, who was just
resting his eyes. Every now and then Jake would be startled by a sudden noise and have to spring up.
He didn't want to
show weakness fall asleep. He wanted to move around and talk, but nobody else he'd recognised were there. Well aware that he'd probably just end up tired during the days for the rest of term, Jake gave into sleep. A sleep occasionally interupted by outbursts from Jake such as-
"BRING ON THE TRUMPETS!" and
"RAWRR!"
