Kayla looked at Camira in concern something was up with her friend and she didn't seem to want to tell her. Kayla thought it best to let it slide for now, she was pretty sure Camira would tell her when she was ready. She looked at Camira and smiled. "I'm willing to forget about it if you are? What happened with Nico, I mean."
Camira nodded dumbly. "Yeah, OWLs. I'll probably be buried in homework and textbooks this entire year. I suppose it will be worth it though."
She gave Kayla a look of surprise and after biting her lip and a minute of silence, she replied, "Are you really? Because....I don't know. It seems like ever since....since....that, we aren't as good of friends anymore. And... like, I saw you in Diagon Alley and I was going over to say hi to you and you just left with these girls and...I mean I understand of course, if you want friends that won't back stab you..." And so much for keeping things to herself.
