Evolette arched an eyebrow, chuckling at Cale's question. "Why? Don't think I can beat you Newell?" she elbowed his arm lightly, "Already underestimating me? I like that." she gave him a smart, if not slightly evil smile. Evolette really didn't care about earning points, and usually classes bored her to pieces. But she had a feeling that this year, her smarts would be put to the test big time.
Shaking her head, Evolette waved off Anna's worries, "Of course not. Cale had only barely arrived when you showed up." she said, "Besides, I haven't seen either of you in far too long." She stopped herself just short of giving them the "My havent you grown" look. Like a crazy old Grama. Pull it together McKenna!
For some reason, she couldnt help but think that maybe Anna and Cale were both onto her. What? Was it written across her forehead? Don't let the smile fool you people, this one's gone insane. Pft. She had a fleeting desire to pull out a mirror and check, but, how weird would THAT look? No. Best to just play it cool.
