Anna smiled once again and returned the hug Evolette gave her. "It's alright. I just thought I'd interrupted something that was meant to be kept a secret," she said. She eyed Evolette when she mentioned thinking Anna was someone else approaching. She wondered just who it was Evolette was trying to avoid. She didn't ask, though. She sensed Evollette really didn't wish to talk about the subject too much. Anna figured if she was meant to know, Evolette would tell her.

"You are?" Anna asked, confused to hear that Evolette was really that excited to start the school work. She didn't ever get the impression that Evolette really enjoyed her schoolwork, but then again, there was a lot to learn about her. When Evolette mentioned that the schoolwork would keep her busy, Anna eyed her once again. Something was definitely wrong.

In an attempt to lighten the situation, Anna laughed when Cale mentioned competition for the top point earners in the school. Anna was sure Evolette wasn't aiming to be the top student at school, though. She was going to use her schoolwork to distract her from something else that was going on.
