Isabella walked solemnly to the room and looked around for Albania. When she spotted her she whistled lightly. The white owl landed beside her and Isabella pet her friend's silky feathers. She pulled some treats from her pocket and gave them to Albania who quickly devoured them.
Isabella gave her a small smile. "Well, at least I know you still love me." she whispered as she pulled out the letter for her parents.
Quote:
Dear Mother and Father,
I hope this letter finds you well. My life has been rather complicated as of lately. I did not make the Quidditch team. I am sorry to disappoint you father. I suppose I will just be practicing harder this summer. I was getting along quite well with Biff. He told me he loved me actually. However, he basically took it back. He said he realized he sees me as a sister. A sister!! Bloody hell! Sorry, for my language. I'm just extremely frustrated not to mention quite hurt by this situation. I did not let him know that though. I refuse to cry in front of him. Anyways, he chose another girl over me. What does that say about me? Perhaps I will just give up on boys for now and concentrate solely on my studies. After all, I am here for education. I need to go now. I have a paper to write and homework to do. I love you both and hope to hear back from you soon.
Love,
Isabella
Isabella placed the letter in an envelope and secured the envelope to Albania's leg. She gave the owl a final treat and a kiss on the head before sending her off. She watched as the owl became nothing more than a speck in the sky before making her way back to her dorm.
