Kaika rushed up the Owlery, certainly Snowy will be mad at her for not even visiting, but she really forgot. Besides, Snowy was most likely be having the time of her life being back at Hogwarts and all.
Apparently, Kaika had come up just in time, for Snowy was arriving at the same time,
"Snowy!" she exclaimed, as soon as she saw the white owl. The little creature seemed happy to see her, which was a plus Kaika hadn't expected.
"I have a letter for either dad or grandpa, make sure grandma doesn't see it" she said, as she petted her owl, and placed the little parchment for her convenience. It simply read:

I'm sooo sorry I haven't write to you in so long, I've been rather busy. Either way, I wanted you to know that I made the Quidditch team....I'm a Beater!
I know, it was always uncle Lex's fave position. But I was wondering if you guys could buy me a bat of my own and then send it, so I can play with it in the matches.
