Realizing she hadn’t uttered a word outloud since Evee had last talked, she assumed she had better say something. “I’m slightly confused and it’s fine if you don’t want to tell me.” Starling said. She wanted to know what was going on but she knew that there were limits on being curious.

“So you and Hugo aren’t dating?” She asked simply, wondering how this could be. They had seemed SO perfect. Like they had been made specifically for each other. How could this be?
