Cale hopped up on his broom once again and took off. As a Chaser, he had to be fast and think on his feet, even if it wasn't as much as a Seeker. Smirking, he passed the first few couple of people before reaching Anna. He grinned over at her and pushed a curl out of his face.
"Betcha a Keeper can't overtake a Chaser!" he called before sticking out his tongue and darting off, nearly running into Chris in the process.
Just as Anna had flown ahead of the little group that had sandwiched her in, Cale caught up with her once again. Huh? Where did he come from? Must be his Chaser skills working overtime and helping him out a lot. Determined to fly faster than her boyfriend, Anna leaned down, preparing herself to dart off once again. Before she could do that, though, Cale was calling out his challenge to her and then sealing the deal by sticking his tongue out. Anna's jaw dropped, and she gave him a "How dare you?" look before dashing off in an attempt to catch up.
She'd show him! Sure, they were a couple, but Anna and Cale were both very competitive people by nature, and Anna was about to show Cale just who was boss in this relationship. In a matter of seconds, Anna was flying neck and neck with Cale. She slowed down long enough to smirk and stick her own tongue out, and then she darted off right in front of him.
