She said and almost as if she had never forogtten it, she remembered the Bluebell charm.
She stopped just before she did it as she heard Celandine speak to her, the young Ravenclaw's voice curious sounding. " Well...he's quite intelligent and would probably be a good sounding board for this situation. That's all," She said, and she felt satisfied that she had recovered herself a bit. No need to tell his little sister anything about her and Nico...whatever it was that they were.
Mari shrugged. " We've been finding House Crests, that's about all...but I really can't see much in this darkness. We need to figure a way out to get it permanently light in here." She said, again remembering the Flagrate and Bluebell flames spells. " Can either of you do Flagrate? It will come in handy here," She said.
Daphne had been listening. Her ideas were certainly well thought out and creative. She never seemed to have epiphanies quite as productive as Mari's. She did think that Flagrate would be helpful for the moment.
"I think I can do that," she nodded encouragingly.
"Nox," she cast and the her light had gone out. She took a deep breath, like she did before any major spell.
"Flagrate!" she said loudly, voice echoing up and down the hall. She held her wand high above her head, against the wall, and ran for about 20 feet. A flame burned near the ceiling, illuminating the corridor much better than the Lumos spells. She walked back up to the group, feeling victorious in her effort.
"Great idea Mari!" she beamed, more than willing to split the credit on that plan.
"Lets get looking, I don't know how long this'll last!" she said, starting to examine the stones much more closely.

Hmm. Needed something else. She concentrated and transfigured it into a glass jar; a little wonky but nevertheless suitable. "Can you make the bluebell flames in this? And I'll levitate it so we don't have to hold it. I can leviate it ahead of us so we can see things before we get there and the rest of you have your wands free incase anything scary jumps out at us."
Daphne liked the way the girl was thinking, she could tell why she was in Ravenclaw.
"You're brilliant!" she laughed, taking the jar from the girl. She took her wand, pointed it into the vessel, and mumbled a few words. The glass container was filled with small blue flames. Quickly covering it, she admired her handiwork. It wasn't the best casting, but it was better than nothing. She handed it back to Cela, hands warmed by the fire.
"Careful, I think it'll get hot soon," she cautioned. They didn't need anybody injured during this mini adventure.
