She smiled at him.
"That is a lovely thing to say Edward. But you do an excellent job and I want you to know that I have noticed that and I thank you for that." She told him. You could never thank anyone enough and she certainly wanted to try.
"Well I really hope your holiday was good we all need to get away sometimes. Yes your team did a great job while you were gone and you have a awesome team." She leaned back in her chair and was silent for a minute.
"Well I think we need a daily rounds and activities lists for your team so that they don't have to come to come and ask every five minutes of what they should be doing." She explained to him.
