In a brief new interview with the
Daily Mail Dan Radcliffe talks about returning to the UK to film the last two
Harry Potter films and, amongst other things, comments on child stars.
Quote:
'I'm really excited to go back, because this is the last one now,' Daniel told me when we met in New York recently.
'I will certainly be coming up to 21 by the time we finish shooting, and that will be almost ten years of my life playing Harry Potter.
'It's going to be very emotional, very strange on the last day of filming on that film.'
'It's going to be very strange because every scene, in every film, will always be linked to a memory: whether it's my first kiss or whatever it was, I will never be able to separate them from everything about my formative years.
'It's going to be kind of weird, suddenly leaving it all behind.'

'I'm not into drugs, I don't go beating people up!' Daniel said. He added that he's impressed by the next generation of child stars, particularly Dakota Fanning and Abigail Breslin, although he's amazed that Fanning's too good to play her own age. 'I was never like that! I was very much 11 when I was 11,' he laughed.
