It was no wonder he hadn't stopped her sooner, Evangeline officially looked like a Mummy. Her scarf was wrapped right around her face, and others probably wouldn't have known who it was hiding under the Mummy costume. He did though. Yup, because noone else in the history of the universe had eyes as blue as hers. Hehe. "Boo!" He grinned enthusiastically, trying to ignore the way the wind was sharp against his cheeks as he squeezed onto the seat beside Evangeline. "You know.. Halloween was a while ago now.. or is mummification the new trend?" Hmm. He'd not seen any others. Pfft. Was this match resuming anytime soon or what? The sooner it started, the sooner she'd be free to go back to the Common Room without looking like she had abandoned her house. And - she had to admit it, she was kinda in the mood for Quidditch now. But only because things didn't look too bad for Slytherin. Hehe.
The breeze was stinging at her eyes and she closed them briefly to keep them from turning into stone or something like that. That proved to be a bad move, however, for just as she did that ... someone decided to go booo! at her. Eh? With a slightly scared jump she turned to look at the intruder ... who immediately brought a grin to her lips. "Cliffoooord!" She squealed, just about managing to refrain herself from tackling him. But only because she was speaking. Hehe. "I don't think it's the new trend, no." She chuckled lightly, her worried eyes going over his frozen form and wet clothes. Stoopid Quidditch. That wouldn't do. "This s just a fashion statement. Was, anyway." She stated before pulling her scarf down and getting her wand. Hmmm. A drought charm should do it. Surely he wouldn't mind. Hehe. Pointing her wand at his robes, she muttered the incantation and watched as the water in his robes dried off. EEEP! "Much better..." She whispered, placing her wand back in her bag and throwing her arms around his neck. SQUIIIIIISH TIME!! |
