Maddox took a deep breath and clenched his fists, along with his jaw. He finally looked at her directly in the eyes. It was the hardest thing he had to do in a long time, but if he didnt get away from her, he would explode. He sighed and said, "I've got homework to do. I will see you later." It was there, and it would stay there till he had to pretend he wasnt mad again. He opened the door and walked into the corridor to get to his room. He slammed the door shut as he went, hoping she would get the hint.
She just nodded at him, not really caring anymore if he stayed or went. He was being such a jerk to her for no reason. She made no reaction when he kissed her and she didn't kiss him back. When he stormed off to his dorm she was tempted to yell after him,
"good riddance!!"
She plopped herself down on a chair and was tempted to cry. He had never been so angry before and she was scared that he was growing tired of her. Or that she had done something without knowing it. She just hoped that he would feel happier soon...
