Fred knew good and well that every word Ginny had said was true, but he wasn't about to say that. She'd always be his little sis, and he'd always only want the best for her. But he just wasn't expecting Ginny to be all lovey dovey with Harry right in front of him, let alone invite him for breakfast. He looked from Ginny to Harry to George, mouth agape. "Are we...him....they..." Fred said to George, knowing he'd probably make some sense of that. But as Harry and Ginny went up a few steps, the bell dinged on the front door and a customer walked in. Fred looked at the scene one more time, mouth still hanging open, then shrugged. "Welcome!!" he said quickly to the customer and went to their side to ask if they needed any help. They looked at him like he was some sort of mental patient, and left the store. Fred looked a bit hurt, then looked at George, "What was that all about? It's just not our morning. I hope Ginny makes eggs...." |
