Annamaria smiled at Lucy , giving her a nod, and then she busied herself at the appetizer table, giving Lucy and Jake a bit of space. She had felt the energy change somehow when she had walked up, and she felt like there was something going on which she really didn't have a part in.
Lucy smiled back at Annamari, a warm smile, it had nothing to do hy th way she had spoke to Jake. This was a... friendly smile.

What was wrong with him?? It took Jake a minute to realise that he was nervous. Oh Merlin!

"Australia." she knew a bit about the country. She had been there once, when she was 12. She smiled at the memories. Also, remembered he had lived there.
"It is. Australia has a certain... culture, very different from european countries. And the accent..." she had fell for the accent. It was just... very different.

"Why Australia?" she asked suddenly.
