Anna gave Lucas an apologetic look as she saw his face fell. "Oh, Lucas, don't worry about it!" she reassured. "It's honestly not a problem at all. You were really close, though! I've made mistakes with names before, too." She smiled when he took her hand and began to lead her over to the clabberts. "I'm sure you will be the best partner! Now that we've said hello to the clabberts, let's walk back over to where we were and see what the professor has in store for us!" Anna tugged on Lucas' hand and led himback over to the professor. "Lucas and I would like demonstrate, Professor!" she said.
He sniffed and nodded at her.
"Ok." He didn't like to make mistakes, and the big people around here didn't seem to like it when he made mistakes either. He walked back over to the professor and the rest of the class. He jumped up and waved his hand too when Anna volunteered them. They were going to be the best partners ever.
