Of course Evangeline had noticed how pale Clifford actually looked - due to the breeze outside, no doubt. However, she had remained quiet regarding that, not wanting to make a fuss over it. He thought she worried too much already, she didn't need thinking she was silly. Okay - sillier. But now that they were inside, she was beginning to see an ickle bit of colour return to his cheeks, a clear sign that his body temperature was going back to normal.
"Bored of you? Pfft. Please." She said with a bit of a roll of eyes, dropping her own bag on the chair next to his. Thank Merlin it wasn't that heavy. "One, they need such a good player as you in the team and two, it's impossible to get bored of you." She giggled a bit shyly at her own words and squeezed his hand. Hehe. She knew she would never get bored of him, so how could other people? It was just impossible.
