"It never tasted good" he reminded her and frowned when he took her state in. Even if he was disheveled his eyes were very intense. "You know when I'll be happy" he growled and took the potion out of her hands, "I'm putting this one with the rest. Do you need a minute before heading back in?" he nudged his head towards her classroom.
Macadrian shrugged and replied a bit calmer,
"No, I suppose you're right. It has always been a repulsive thing to drink." Macadrian shuddered as she felt the liquid settle in her stomach, heavy like lead. With an equally intense look, Macadrian retorted,
"You do realize that that day may never come? This is something that I'll have to deal with for the rest of my life, in one way or another. Right now it is mainly physical, but soon it will be entirely emotional too. Are you prepared for that?" Macadrian wasn't even sure if she was prepared for that yet, and she was the one truly experiencing all of this.
"I don't need any more time. I'll be fine. Thank you for the delivery." Macadrian's stomach lurched and she placed her hand on her stomach, but ignored it to ask,
"Will you be around more now? You haven't seen Max since the night I arrived with Fex. You shouldn't let your friendship suffer because of this stressful situation." And without waiting for his reply, Macadrian aboutfaced and returned to her classroom.
