In Astrid's stealthy state, she jumped when she heard the Slytherin Prefect addressing her. She turned and looked at her for a moment and realized that this was the exact same girl that helped to break up the fight between Reese and Allie by the Whomping Willow a few days back. She had already seemed to have irritated her that day by mistakenly calling her "Ma'am", and she certainly didn't want to get on her bad side anymore than that. She blushed at her and said, "Yes, right away." before tossing the parchment in and staring back towards her seat. DARN IT! she thought. Now she would never know what was going on with the professor. Slytherins were so strange sometimes. Astrid smiled at Cale and looked between him and Evangeline, trying to decide what to do. Macadrian glared daggers at him. He ignores her for days and then when he shows up, he's got an attitude? Hmph! "Of course, I'm spent! Does this have the same nutritional content as the others?" Macadrian plugged her nose and downed the potion in one large gulp. "Ugh! This tastes even worse than the other ones. Disgusting. Happy now?" Confused with what she overheard, yet satisfied that that was all she was gonna get, Astrid quickly made her way to her desk and sat down. Unfortunately, she didn't feel any less concerned. In fact, she was more scared now. Why on earth was the Professor taking a potion? She wondered. Well, hopefully it would make her feel better at least.
