She said with a little laugh.
Mari nodded. " That sounds great. I need to know more so that when my father makes me go to a game, I'm not just sitting there completely lost and wondering what's going on." She said with a wry smile.
" You and my father would get along swimmingly," She said with a good spirited roll of her eyes. " He's got those bright orange posters everywhere." She said with a gesture of her hands. " My father also voiced his disappointments, but he still has great faith. It's admirable, I suppose." She said, finding it odd that she was rather proud of her father for his faith in such a team. She had been trying to avoid feeling anything for him, since she was determined to go back to Beauxbatons. But, lately she hadn't been missing it so much. Odd.
She noted that Rapunzel got quiet after a bit and Mari tried to find something to talk about. " Oh probably. Or they just love alliteration," She offered, crossing her arms. " So. Tell me more about Hogwarts. I've just transferred this year, and so has Asteira, or so I've gathered." She said, feeling quite chatty now.
Rapunzel nodded as Mari spoke, not voicing her thoughts. Really, the girl was lucky that she had a father who could go to Quidditch matches - Punz's Squib dad would never be able to get them tickets and her pureblooded grandparents would certainly never approve of a Cannons match. Ugh.
"Yes, we're known for our faith and trust in the Cannons," she giggled.
"Dunno why I love them but maybe it is just the awesome furious orange color." She winked to show that she was kidding, then tried to think up something to tell Asteira and Mari about Hogwarts.
"Well, I've been here five years now," Punz started, leaning back in her chair.
"What do you want to know? We didn't even have Hogwarts last term, technically," she added, rolling her eyes dramatcially.
"But yeah, it's the best wizarding school in the world!"
