Helena's eyes narrowed. She may have been foreign, but she knew what 'idiot' meant, and it was taking all her will power not to let another substantial retort slip off the tip of her tongue. She didn't say anything after he finished speaking. His last comment had no effect on her, and as she began working on another plant, there was a hint of a smile across her lips.
