Helena Bonham-Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange), has been cast in the newest adaptation of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, in which she will play the Red Queen. She stars in the Tim Burton-directed production alongside Johnny Depp, Mia Wasikowska (who plays Alice) and Anne Hathaway.

Helena was recently rumoured to be co-starring with fellow Harry Potter actor Rupert Grint in Wild Target, which is currently filming on the Isle of Man this month, but had to drop out from the project.
