Because that would make sense by its vow to protect, as most Egyptian sphinxes are said to be the children of the solar deity Sekhmet, who was also a fierce war deity sworn to protect the pharahos. Will I be able to see it? A newborn sphinx!" Jasmine had to stop to breathe,but she was practically jumping up and down in her father's embrace as she awaited his response.
