Yoshi Ishikawa was concerned with the apparent lack of security; not that he needed to be protected, but the numbers didn't seem right. All of the ministers were present yes? He shrugged to himself and continued to meditate, focussing on what he wanted to say about his country's concerns.
He looked up from his ruminations overhearing one of the aides speaking.
"With respect, sir; The Australian Minister has arrived." Yoshi bowed to the man, Brian and turned to bow to the mentioned Minister, "This conference has been in preparation for some time now, I am curious as to why you are not ready for us. Can we not start the tour?"
Brian replied,
"Yeah sir." he bowed to him.
"I was in the other side of the area, talking to the other minister. So I couldnt noticed her arrival..Sorry," he said politely, after all it was his mistake for not noticing the late arrival. When he asked about the start of the tour he nodded,
"We can.." he said and gestured his hand towards the lift area.

Another woman voice, nearly made him jump a bit.
Holy crow!! What on earth the woman was doing? And without much difficult he recognized her. See who's talking? A late comer. The sole reason for the dealy start of the important conference just b'cuz of her poor worker's stupidity and her BBQ adventures. But he put a brave face and smiled,
"Sorry, I didnt notice you Mad'm, I was on the other side of the place, talking with the other minister," he rolled eyes on the back of his head.
"Shall we move now..?" he asked and joined with Cambell for the short tour.
