Two posts from the first Arithmancy lesson of Term 20 (some editing has been done) that made me giggle: Quote:

The way Shackleton bit into the poor sugary monkey's derriere was enough to make Daphne forget all about the nine year cycle of rhythm and the lessons they held ready to be absorbed. If anything, it only made her think about how unjust the monkey's life had been.
It was true then, you keep monkeying around when you should be doing work and life will come back with alarming speed and bite you right in the butt.
