Preoccupied on her breathing pattern, Daphne postponed her denial for a more convenient time and hoped up on the window ledge as best as she could with both hands occupied; one carrying the book she had been reading and the other clutching the handy pump filled with muggle medicine her muggle medicine obsessed mother insisted she used when she got ill.
"It's not a problem, really," she wheezed not wanting to impose on anyone. "I was just caught off guard." Daphne reminded herself to keep her eyes open for bouncing canines in the future.
