She pushed off her converses and placed her feet onto the floor, she couldn't feel the vibrations anymore. She sighed sadly, it was like she wasn't her anymore. She slipped her converses back on, tied up the laces and ate another chip. It was nice seeing, but it wasn't her.
Lizzie watched her friend as she took her shoes of and put them on again with a sigh. She could guess what had just happened.
"You don't feel the vibrations any more, right?" she asked Kairi.
"I guess that's the price we all pay for seeing." She looked closer into Kairi's eyes. She was very good at reading an expression on someone's face.
"You don't feel like yourself anymore, do you? I understand." She felt a bit sad about Kairi, meant to be blind. Only truly herself when she couldn't see. Sad, she still smiled at her friend, who sat there and seemed to be amazed by the surroundings.
"But I think you should enjoy the time you've got with eyes. Anything particular you wanna see?" she smiled at Kairi.
"We could go explore the castle, only I think we have to wait for the speech first."
