"I know it's weird that I'm eating a lot of broccoli, but I'm just trying to keep myself healthy and thin," she explained to Ema. "You see, when I was eight years old, my great-uncle Harold died because he wasn't eating very healthy food, and he got sick and had some kind of seizure... I don't know. No one in my family really knows what happened. Sorry if I disturbed your eating," she added. Ella took a golden fork and helped herself to a slice of turkey.
