It has been announced that yet another country is set to receive the Tales of Beedle the Bard on December 4th; this time it's Brazil. The cover has yet to be unveiled but the translated title reads as Os Contos de Beedle, o Bardo. Lia Wyler, who translated the Potter novels, will also translate this book.

Currently the international release dates stand as thus;

December 4th; Brazil, Britain, U.S., Italy, Russia, Germany, France and Spain.

Although other countries aren't confirmed, it is expected that most places will get the book on the same day.

UPDATE: The French cover art has been revealed.



It has been confirmed that this edition of the book will be 128 pages long and cost 12.90€. The book will come in a slipcase with a drawing by French Potter illustrator Jean-Claude Götting, although this has yet to be revealed.
