"An odd place? And Mr Elric is stranger you say? How Intriguing."

Lillian fiddled with the thumb hole in her sleeve. She honestly couldn't understand why she had been assigned to this department, but her curiosity about being an Unspeakable, and need to learn made excitement bubble up in her. Suddenly remembering her manners, she held out her hand, which shook slightly.

"I'm Lillian Jones."

The shy smile appreared on her face again.
