"Wow! I didn't realize that the minister..., What a raise! Wow!" Liz stammers.

"I do agree with you, about the way we have been classifying them. Even though all these creatures are werewolves, there are different levels. I mean if you remember Remus Lupin, he was a werewolf, but he was very well able to join in with other witches and wizards without being a threat." Liz comments.

"But just recently," Liz continues "Hermann Kern another werewolf, was finally brought in, and hasn't been on the wolfsbane potion, because we hadn't been able to get him to come in on his own. And he has been a threat to people, especially children."

"I personally think there should be different levels of classifications, in this registry. Not every creature should be classified the same." Liz pauses.
