Waiting for the others to speak up about their opinion on flying carpets was like waiting for rain to fall in a drought; useless. Finally Evaline spoke, keeping a stern expression undoubtedly disappointed with the lack of representation from her department. She nodded at her con in agreement, but before she could say anything else, two employees hurried in. Probably Evaline's judging from lack of recognition. If it were her, she would have snapped for their late arrival, but this wasn't her meeting and thus she continued . . .
"That is a good con, Evaline," she nodded again approvingly, flicking her wand to copy it on the board, as Evaline did moments before. "For those who were gracious enough to grace us with their presence - ahem -" she gave a stern look to the two late employees, "We were discussing the pros and cons of flying carpet use in this country. We started with cons; we'll discuss both before we choose a side to take for the conference."
