In a new
interview to promote the Broadway run of
Equus, which kicks off in previews on September 5th, Richard Griffiths has spoken about Dan Radcliffe and working on the play, amongst other things.

"Work is strange," he says. "It's sort of getting more significant and getting more attention. I cannot tell you why that is. I'm the oldest overnight sensation in recorded history."

"I know a lot of tickets are sold in order to have a look at Daniel's body," Griffiths says. "He's completely cool about it." And, adds Griffiths, who affectionately calls Radcliffe "cunning," the young actor has spent the past two years working on his physique.
