So I just realized I didn’t even tell you how I got um, this journal thingy. Or do I call it a you? Or wait, you? Uhh, anyways, my older sister Sam (who is full name is Samantha) sent it to me for my birthday. I guess the post there is closed or something, cause in the letter it said it took her awhile to get it over here. She said she felt really bad about forgetting my birthday, but I didn’t really mind. I don’t like making a big deal that it’s my birthday. I don’t feel any older. I especially hate the whole sitting in front of a cake and everybody singing Happy Birthday. I turn bright red every time. But I was glad to hear from her. Its nice to know that she was thinking about me.

In this entry I was thinking about telling you (yeah I guess I’m just going to call you, a you) about some of my friends. They are all around my age, well they are mostly a year older than me, but close enough. Legend Chosen, Kaitlynnh Mae (who is also my cousin), Matias Sulo and James Maguire. I’m also beginning to like Leah. I’m not really sure what her last name is…

Legend: Legend can be described in one word, crazy. He is constantly running around and pulling pranks. He likes to say dude a lot too. I find it funny. Legend never forgets to tell me that all girls have cooties and to never be hugged by them. He also told me that boys are better than girls. One more thing about Leg, he likes to go around saying he is king.

Katie: Katie in one word, Loud. She doesn’t have to try hard to make herself heard. She is the girl of the group (I mean besides Leah) and I think she likes to try and be the leader. But Legend does too, so they are constantly fighting. They are the only two who can fight and make me smile. I usually hate when people fight but they fight like brother and sister. Sam says they fight like an old married couple, whatever that means. Oh that reminds me. Katie loved to tell anybody and everybody that she is queen. But Legend is king so that would make her his queen? I don’t know I need to ask them about that sometimes.

Mat: Mat makes me think of that movie Lilo and Stitch. Don’t ask me why, but he does. The night before we left Grandma Angelina’s house he kept on telling everybody to call him Mike. That was entertaining. Him and Legend are perfect for each other; cause Mat doesn’t like girls either. They are always teaming up on Katie. One day Katie is so going to get them back, but I didn’t say that.

Leah: I just recently met Leah, and all I can say about her is, she is really smart. When I first saw her she knew my name. I was in awe, and then Jae told me that he had told her about me. At first I thought she was just that smart. She is a pretty laid back person like myself. She is different than the other girl in our group. I don’t mean that in a bad way. She is just not as loud as Katie. Wait, that sounded mean…Leah is cool basically.

Jae: Jae is my best friend. I love all my friends, but Jae is just a little more special than the rest. He is the first person who got me to talk after, well, after something bad happened in my family. I’m not ready to write it down yet…but yeah, I know Jae will always be there for me. I look up to Jae almost as much as Benny…Um…new subject. Jae loves Gaelic Football. He is like obsessed. There won’t be a day that goes by without Jae saying something about the sport. He tried teaching me once, but I’m no good at sports at all. One thing I like a lot about Jae, is his Irish accent. It always makes me smile for some reason. I wish I could talk like that sometimes.

So those are my friends. They are Royal, not from this world, smart and obsessed. I wouldn’t change anything about them. Its what makes them unique. They make me laugh and they could all make me blush. But pretty much anybody can make me blush. I’m just a shy boy with outgoing friends. But they all seem to like me for who I am, and that is why they are my friends.
