Edward nodded as she spoke of the trait. "Yes it is." He was grateful for the kind words, but they were usually also accompnied by words which would indicate things would need to be tightened up.

"I'll certainly look into changing the way our rounds are conducted. It is difficult to know when things will pop up, but I'll be sure we are more vigilant." He returned her smile and looked forward to working with her.
