Boy do I agree with that ... I'd rather that the Greyback attack was left out of the movie if it wasn't Bill. The Bill-Fleur post-Greyback attack story was well done in the book and resolved the Molly-Fleur conflict. I don't see how having Mr. Weasley attacked yet again adds credibility to the story line.
