With it comes a new casting announcement for the play, in which Dan Radcliffe & Richard Griffiths (Vernon) star. Kate Mulgrew will portray Hester Salomon, the compassionate public official who begs Dysart (Griffiths) to take on the boy's (Radcliffe) case.

Previews begin on September 5th, with opening night set for September 25th at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York. The 22-week run is set to continue through to February 8th, 2009 and will be directed by Thea Sharrock, who also did the West End run in London, England.
