Hogwarts RPG Name: November {Noe} Franze First Year | Brain Twin | MASTAH ASHURRII | Reisdent PokeNerd | Digifangirl [10:22 pm] Mission Log Operation Status Complete Details
Group One: Gemma, Becca, Sabrina
Group Two: Melly, Ari
Group Three: Issy, Juni, (additional) Adina
Passed flowers to numerous people. Gryffindor Prefect. Bella C-something. Professor Brooks. Professor Hawkins.
Many people were very receptive. Prefect seemed to think we stole the flowers. Juni was aghast. Professors especially adored them. Reward? Toasted marshmallows and cookies. Best reaction award goes to: Professor Brooks. Especially receptive to Professor Brooks was Juni. (Care of Magical Creatures = Animal freak = Juni. Perhaps future CoMC Professor?)
Over all, very fun day. Professor Brooks initially was suspicious but let go of them. Seemed to enjoy our company greatly. Very kind. Invited us back again. Yay! Certain we left a good impression. Had much fun. Lots of laughter, lots of melted marshmallows. Very happy Juni. Will return again.
Professor Hawkins was initially intimidating. Juni was terrified and Adina seemed uncertain. Also went over well. Was told we reminded her of herself when young (very good compliment?) and offered cookies in return. Must give love to Professors who break rules. AND who make mean comments about the Ministry Officials.
No one likes them, it appears. Could be worth noting.
Also to note is Professor Brooks; good to visit and converse with.

Really! Today has been so very much fun. The giddiness is still with me and I don’t even want to shake it at the moment. It’s fueling me and I can’t even sleep now, the buzz is still providing me with enough energy to stay on the brink of sleep. So many things to highlight and so little time for it.
Professor Brooks was exceptional. Really, she was so fab about our gift and I think she really enjoyed it, even if she wasn’t sure where the flowers came from. We explained to her that we did not steal the flowers but that we just could not tell her where they came from. Why can’t people take an enigma and be happy with that? Alas, secretive things merely arouse curiosity so perhaps that was to be expected…
Hanging out with her was much more comfortable than I’d have expected hanging out with a Professor to be. We toasted marshmallows and chatted a bit and she told us she’d like us to come back again. I think she meant it, too. This has me all excited for her class now, too. After meeting her, I can only guess that it would be utterly fantastic! There’s no way to expect any less!
Another shocker was Professor Hawkins, because I knew very little about her, too. We chose to visit her as my favorite class is Charms so… I supposed I wanted to acquaint myself with her? Juni seemed absolutely terrified at first and it took a little while to calm her down, but the more the Professor talked, the more Juni calmed and the more the Professor seemed to like us. In fact, she didn’t even mind Juni calling the flowers poignant and gaudy! One would figure that someone wouldn’t take kindly receiving gifts in which the giver wasn’t fond of them but it worked out for us.
And we had cookies!
Must make a note to visit these Professors more often. Not just for the cookies! Though… they’re quite nice… mmm.
The highlight of my day, though, was spending time with Juni. I honestly believe she’s one of my best friends. While she is nothing like Couri or Nettie, there’s something about Juni which puts me at ease and makes me happy. Being comfortable around someone is a good sign of true friendship and I feel completely comfortable with her. Not to say the others aren’t good friends – Merlin, I adore these girls. But it felt like Juni and I hadn’t hung out any with each other, so this was nice. And she seemed to enjoy herself so much, it was nice to be a part of that, and to feel that I had something to do with it.
Somehow, I need to let Juni know… I’m just not yet sure… Maybe I can find her a nice plant? She really does love them… hmm… September 11 [12:44 am]
Astronomy was a really nice class. It was quite simple and quite relaxing. Surprisingly, it was lead by a Ministry Professor, which comes as a surprise because I would have expected her to then be a little… I don’t know. Harder? Harsher?
We went in and lay down on fluffy pillows and star gazed “muggle style”. Which I never considered strictly muggle but even still, it was very lovely. I think what made it so lovely for me was the memories. When we were younger, Fredreich and I used to lay on the patio or grass out back and look at the stars. As he got older, Matti joined us, too. Fredreich would point out different stars, planets, and constellations to me and while I remember very few, it’s still a fond memory.
He showed me where the Northern star was.
And the Seven Sister of Pleiades.
I can find Orion’s Belt on my own.
Sometimes, I can see Mars, when it’s particularly bright.
How I wished the boys (Fredreich and Matti) could have been there with me, giggling softly and pointing things out. On the shooting star I saw, I wished that everything was fine back home. I know that people say if you tell anyone about what you wish for, it won’t come true, but I didn’t tell anyone, now did I? Just my trusty journal.
I’m really tired, though, so I’m going to sleep. If I could, I would write Fredreich a letter, but the Owlry is closed down, now. Apparently students have been receiving contraband items? It makes me sad, I really wanted to write Fredreich. Maybe I will and save it for later…
I miss him. And Samson. Gavin, too. Aiden, Mister Ryan, Zero. How empty school seems without them, sometimes.

Arithmancy was, perhaps, the oddest class I’ve yet attended. We painted on the walls! Our Arithmancy was done on the walls! It was too great! So much fun. While the maths bits of the class are confusing and I sometimes fumble them around and displace and transpose them (I looked that one up), it made it more fun and therefore I wasn’t focusing so hard.
If only we could do our homework the same way – it’s so long! It will take me ages to finish it up. Eek!
I wish I knew more older students – I know Ari, yes, and I think Willow is a year older. Serena and Gem are older, too. Maybe they could help me? If they were around, I’m sure Samson or Gavin or Mister Ryan would help.
…okay. So maybe Mister Ryan would. I do miss the other two boys though! So dearly! In his absence, I realize how very much time I spent with Samson last term, and if I wasn’t with Samson or Juni, I was talking to Gavin. If only Gavin was here… I’d wanted to talk to him about Samson, because he knows Samson so well and somehow seems to understand me so well. Or at least be nice and try to understand me.
I miss them all! My female friends are fun and incredible, but I feel an empty place for them. How sad. September 12 [3:56 pm]
Defense Against the Dark Arts was, perhaps, the most amazing, most incredibly fun class I’ve been to! Nothing in the class had anything to do with Defense Against the Dark Arts, because the Ministry told Headmistress Rae she had to teach us to become little ladies, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it! The only way I can write this is in incoherent phrases, I fear! How long it’s been since I played dress up! Melly was utterly adorable and seemed as excited as I did!
WE DRESSED UP! If I could take the joy and enthusiasm I felt in class and bottle it up, I would! How I wish there was a way to write it into here so I could keep and cherish it forever, for those times when I get down.
We dressed up and dined all fancy like with fancy meals. Chicken a la orange! It’s been forever since I ate that! House Elves delivered our food and we were all dressed up very pretty. Juni looked beautiful. I’ve never seen her all dressed up and she looks so fantastic in her dress. Melly was so very adorable and Becca wouldn’t even dress up! She was such a party pooper. Hard as I could, I tried to fight the dress robes onto her, but she fought back and had the upper edge (no pun intended) as she’s a little taller than me.
Juni made me stop eventually and then we sat in chairs ENCHANTED TO PUSH US IN! It was weird at first, and took me a couple tries to get used to and to not fall into the chair as soon as it hit the back of my knees. The whole concept as Headmistress Rae told us was to trust the chair.
We had salad and soup and Rae told us to never take our shoes off under the table (which I almost did!) and we ate chicken a la orange and the desserts were the best part! Crème Brule! Tiramisu! And a heavy chocolate mousse! They all looked so fabulouse and I sampled a little bit of all them. The entire affair was classy but fun, because we were all giggling and being silly. Callie spoke to me. Er, she asked me to pass my salt and pepper but… it was worth mentioning, I suppose.
I can only imagine if the boys had such a class. Thinking of it makes me giggle, hehe.
The most divine (yes, simply DIVINE) bit about it was dressing up. Everyone looked so cute! So very adorable and it was just so fun. I know it’s silly of me, but I tried to imagine what Samson or Gavin would say or think. Gavin would probably say something silly, or tease me in that nice manner of his. Honestly, I’m not certain if Samson would have noticed or said anything, because that’s how he is and he said nothing when I was dressed up on the train. At least Gavin noticed my hair.
Would he think I was pretty? Samson, I mean.
Ag! It doesn’t matter! He’s not here!
We had such fun, though! And I really want to do it again. In fact… I think I have an idea for my birthday party. Now… I just need to figure out where to find a tea set at… hmmm… Maybe the House Elves…?
I shall have to see!
